I am an educationist and I envision to bridge the gap in National Education Policy (NEP) and Institutions by facilitating Best Practices through our visionary approach T.H.E.N.
Over the years of my experience in the industry, working with students on grass root level we could see their struggle especially the conflict in making career choices then upskilling it for better growth and development which made us more passionate to build a platform for becoming their support .
There are many who Drop their Education or are unemployed to which we aim to reverse .
Moreover, as it is said learning is a never ending process so even teachers need to professionally upgrade themselves, and bring in the best practices in student learning process.
Therefore, through THEN we aim to join hands with government in its policy by being its asset in reaching wider student audience and its development as well as institutional and faculty growth.

I am a professional with an expertise in Developing Strategies and Providing Solutions and feel that there is a world apart difference in what we study and real professional world. I personally feel having an industry experience along with study is pivotal for Education of the Youth.

I am a Professional with more than two decades of industry experience, an expertise in Banking and Insurance and I understand the knowledge in Life Skills and subject deliverance is important for students to be included at an early age and therefore feel T.H.E.N is prerequisite for giving holistic exposure to students. Leadership Skills, Resilience Team Handling are a few skills which can be inculcated through cultural exchanges and value impartation.
